Dr. Paula Jacobus is a specialist in internal medicine and geriatrics. She has been practicing in York since 1990 and sees patients from teenage to 100 plus years. Dr. Jacobus grew up in Kane, Pennsylvania and attended St. John's College in Annapolis, Maryland. Following graduation from the "Great Books" program, she completed a post-baccalaureate premedical year at Bryn Mawr College. She graduated from the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine in Philadelphia in 1984. After a three year internal medicine residency at York Hospital, Dr. Jacobus went to Los Angeles for a two year fellowship in geriatric medicine at the UCLA-VA Multicampus Program. She is a fellow in the American College of Physicians.
